In this presentation Bünz will give a brief technical introduction to cryptocurrencies and will touch on a few research problems related to improving the scalability and privacy of cryptocurrencies. Cryptography is the science of secure communication which not only underlies the security of cryptocurrencies, but the internet as a whole.
