The Pegasus Physician Writers honor Rebecca Hall, Stanford class of 2007, Metastatic Breast Cancer patient and advocate for funding, research, and awareness of MBC. Founding member and Medicine & the Muse director Audrey Shafer, MD will moderate readings of works by Rebecca Hall; Jessica Tekla Les, MD; Paige Qin, fifth-year medical student; Lara Prior-Palmer, 2018 Irvin D. Yalom Literary Award winner; and Jacqueline Genovese, MA, MFA and assistant director of Medicine & the Muse.
