"You are what you eat”. Let us pause and think about the source and the consciousness in which our food is made - much is involved. Come and get involved in this great art of conscious cooking.   

Stanford Bhakti Yoga Club invites you to a hands-on cooking experience, where you will learn to prepare a Healthy Fast Food.and meet with awesome friends. Vegan burger filled with beetroot and mix vegetable cutlet, avocado cilantro sauce, arugula and some greens. Learn the art of a crispy beetroot cutlet packed with lot of mix vegetables. The cool and creamy avocado sauce is a nice compliment to those warm crispy beetroot cutlet. We will combine the crispy cutlets and the creamy avocado sauce with some greens into freshly baked vegan burger buns.

No previous experience in cooking is necessary. An enthusiasm to learn and hungry appetite to create some delicious food is all that is needed!

8:30 pm - 9:00 pm - Veggie Goodness Dinner
