Event Details:

Based on the thrilling and inspirational life of an iconic American freedom fighter, HARRIET tells the extraordinary tale of Harriet Tubman’s escape from slavery and transformation into one of America’s greatest heroes. Her courage, ingenuity, and tenacity freed hundreds of enslaved peoples and changed the course of history. The screening will take place at CinéArts Palo Alto and will be folllowed by a conversation with producer Debra Martin Chase. Transporation and tickets will be provided on a first come, first serve basis. Free roundtrip shuttle bus will depart from the Faculty Club, 439 Lagunita Drive, CA 94305 at 5:00 PM. Tickets will be distributed on the shuttle bus or at the movie theater if using alternative transportation.
