ABOUT THE FELLOW

Larry Diamond is a Senior Fellow at the Hoover Institution and at Stanford’s Freeman Spogli Institute for International Studies. He has advised the USAID, World Bank, UN, State Department, and other governmental and nongovernmental agencies dealing with governance and development. His recent books include China's Influence and American Interests and Ill Winds: Saving Democracy from Russian Rage, Chinese Ambition, and American Complacency.
